Company Description: The Brit Company, was founded in 2000. In 2010 we moved to the Florida Panhandle where we built up our Commercial /Retail Maintenance due to personal reasons, in 2014 we made a decision to move to the Tampa Bay area of Florida making our new head office in the City of Dunedin, We are able to cover as far North as Wesley Chapel. South to Ellington, East to Brandon As a Building Maintenance company, Our main customer base is commercial looking after around 7 F.M Accounts, We work Nights Weekends and Holidays.We deal with most maintenance needs from the little stuff to the not so little, We DO NOT do any work that will require a Florida Licensed Contractor. even though we are Licensed and insured we are not a GC or Trade contractor.Additional services offered Window / Office and Construction Cleaning as well as Sanitation and Rodent and pest clean up to our customers in Tampa - Bradenton - Sarasota.We also offer Car Park Maintenance.We also offer Rodent Exclusion work.
