The Guidelines address Administrative Criteria, Waste Management Technical Criteria, Abandoned Sites, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material, Stormwater Management, Hydraulic Fracturing, Air Quality, and Reused and Recycled Fluids. State Review Reports provide a multi-stakeholder consensus highlighting program strengths and identifying recommendations for improvement.
