We will customize our convenient and frictionless services to best suit your property needs to increase property cleanliness, tenant satisfaction, and property operating income.Parliament Valet Services offers trash collection 5 days a week, Sunday-Thursday. We will give every unit a Parliament Valet 13-gallon trash can free of charge. When residents need their trash taken out, they will tie their trash bag off and set the trash can outside their door any time between 6 pm-8 pm on the days Sunday-Thursday. Our trained and background-checked employees will arrive at the property at 8 pm to navigate the complex and collect the trash from the units that have their cans out. Once collection is complete, they will dispose of the garbage in the designated trash area. Residents will bring their trash cans back inside their unit by the following morning. Violations by residents will incur a fee.
