Company Description: TDP plant is designed and manufactured by IPEC for the waste handling challenge. Being a new type of WTE facilities Thermal Decomposition Plant is leading the way forward in converting the waste into a usable form of energy. TDP plant uses proven and proprietary cracking process, which reaches temperatures of nearly 840°F to recover syngas, liquid fuels and chemicals. The plants productive capacity ranges from 100 kg/h up to 1500 kg/h. The outputs derived by thermal decomposition of hydrocarbon materials: • Liquid fuel can be used as alternative fuel source for renewable industries or can be refined. • Dry residue can be used for road construction, as reinforcing agent or coloring material. • Syngas ensures self-sustained operation of the plant or can be used for power generation. The benefits presented by TDP plant are two-fold: transforming the waste into a valuable commodity, and creating a reliable source of alternative energy from an abundant, no-cost feedstock.
