ESA is a group of licensed Professional Engineers, experienced in environmental property assessment and remediation. We perform Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, as well as inspections for asbestos, radon, and lead-based paint. ESA also provides remediation design and construction services for those properties requiring cleanup, and are experienced in dealing with vapor intrusion, as well as contamination of soil, sediment, groundwater and other media.
