All Phase Environmental Services (APES) is a small, owner-operated, full service environmental consulting firm conveniently located in Watsonville, California and servicing throughout California. The APES team has worked in the environmental consulting industry for an average of 15 years and completed hundreds of due diligence and remedial projects under many letterheads. As environmental consultants, we are in the business of finding current or historical activities that could have potentially negative impacts to the environment, site resources, and/or human health. We often find ourselves in the awkward position where bad news for our client usually means more billable work for us. Unfortunately, through our years in the industry, we've encountered consultants that are more interested in making an extra buck with bloated work plans, unnecessary surcharges, and murky invoicing than what is right for their clients. At APES, integrity is the bottom line. We do everything in our power to bring your project to regulatory closure and back to compliance as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
